Jérémie Godet joined the European Commission in 2003, after an initial career at the French Space Agency and the European Space Agency. He has been involved in the European Satellite Navigation Programme “Galileo” since the beginning and for almost 20 years.
He has both engineering and diplomatic related education as well as a life-long experience of living abroad in different countries. He is French; the father of two kids, one born in Belgium, the other in the Czech Republic; and married to a Romanian wife: he truly feels European.
